Abstract

The research aims to design a proposed and codified rehabilitation program and know the impact of the program on the functional efficiency of the spine among athletes with lumbar spondylitis among athletes. They suffer from lower back pain, and the most important results were the presence of improvement rates between the tribal and remote measurements in the research variables in favor of the dimensional measurement of the research sample, knowing that the highest percentage of improvement was for the degree of pain variable and amounted to (77.7%), while the lowest percentage of improvement was for the motor range variable in front, reaching (37,39%), the proposed rehabilitation exercise program in the program has a positive effect on relieving lumbar spondylitis, reducing lower back pain, and increasing muscle strength.• Recommendations:
1- Be guided by a program of rehabilitation exercises in the rehabilitation of patients with lumbar spondylitis.
2- Interest in designing similar programs to reduce the incidence of lumbar spondylitis, as well as lower back pain, on different samples and ages.
3- Attention to developing the strength of the muscles of the back, abdomen, and legs, and comprehensive flexibility exercises for the spine to reduce injury again, after completing the rehabilitation program.
