Abstract

The goalkeeper in handball is the cornerstone on which the team depends. The team cannot achieve superiority unless he possesses a distinguished goalkeeper in the physical, skill and psychological aspects and is well acquainted with the knowledge aspects and has the ability to participate in the offensive and defensive tactical aspects of the team and this appears through Blocking the balls according to the technical bases and participating in the tactical performance and the quality of performance in cooperation with the defenders and knowing when, how and where to accelerate or slow play according to the current tactical situation on the field. It is considered the most important lines or playing centers in the team. It is the last defensive line and the last center in the team that decides the fate of the attack that ends with the correction. It is also the first to lead the team’s attacks. If he is a distinguished player, he pushes his team to victory and reduces the results of their mistakes. The Gerotonic is a special training system that has a performance method and tools. It is special for doing muscular lengthening exercises and improving muscular strength and compatibility in muscular work. It can be performed on a training mat or not, and the player can perform it himself or herself. Use their own tools or alternative devices can be used.
