The effectiveness of rehabilitation with the use of ultrasound to raise the functional efficiency of the shoulder joint in athletes with synovial capsulitis
This research aims to identify the effect of using ultrasound in order to raise the functional efficiency of the shoulder joint for those with synovial capsulitis, where the researcher used the experimental method, using the experimental design through the pre and post measurement of the research group, and the total number was (14) injured of them (2) to conduct The exploratory experiment, (12) injured to conduct the basic experiment, then (2) of them were excluded for irregularity in the program, so the basic sample became (10) of athletes with synovial capsulitis of the shoulder joint, and the most important results were, there are statistically significant differences between the pre and post measurement For the research group in the variable pain in the shoulder joint of the research sample, there are statistically significant differences in the variables of muscle strength working on the shoulder joint of the injured in the research sample, and there are statistically significant differences in the variables of range of motion for the shoulder joint.
