Abstract

The study aimed to identify the effect of a movement education program in terms of neuromuscular coordination training on the level of skill performance of basketball buds.  The researcher used the experimental method for its suitability to the nature of the research using the experimental and control groups. The research sample consisted of 25 players (10 for the experimental group, 10 for the control group), and (5) players for the exploratory study. To analyze the results, the researcher used the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). Results revealed that:  There are statistically significant differences at the significance level (0.05) between the control group and the experimental group in favor of the experimental group, also The kinetic education program in terms of neuromuscular coordination exercises led to an improvement in the skill performance level of the research sample.Among the most important recommendations:Paying attention to neuromuscular compatibility exercises due to the importance of compatibility in basketball training for buds.Paying attention to developing the component of neuromuscular compatibility in kinetic education programs due to the importance of compatibility in improving the performance of basketball skills for buds Paying attention to the neuromuscular compatibility exercises due to the importance of compatibility in improving the level of skill performance of the buds
