The quality of fitness center services in consideration of the spread to Corona virus Covid-19 (marketing perspective)

Abstract

This research aims to identify the quality of services provided by fitness centers in consideration of the spread of the Corona virus Covid-19 from a marketing perspective, descriptive approach was used by the survey method, where the questionnaire was conducted as a tool to collect data from a sample of 85 individuals of executive and marketing managers in fitness centers From several cities in Dakahlia Governorate. The most important results indicated the poor quality of fitness center management, as well as the lack of attention to the quality of services provided by them. There was a degree of interest in the quality of place element and pricing process for the services provided. There were a clarified lack of interest in the quality of health and precautionary measures, and weakness to promotion process of fitness center services. There are statistically significant differences in the quality of services provided between fitness centers, according to their location, in favor of the centers in Mansoura.
