The research aims at the possibility of constructing an electronic cognitive test in volleyball for primary school students, and the researcher used the descriptive approach for its suitability to the nature of the research on a sample of 47 male and female students at Al-Nahda School in Belqas who were chosen in a deliberate manner. The results of the research resulted in: A cognitive test in volleyball was designed to measure cognitive achievement. In its final form, the test included (3) axes distributed over (42) phrases, including (25) phrases in the form of true and false and (17) phrases in the form of multiple choice. Standard levels of cognitive achievement were set to determine the level of knowledge in volleyball
