The reality of investing in tourist places for water and beach Sports In the Republic of Yemen

Abstract

The research aims to identify the actual reality of investing in tourism places for water and beach sports in the Republic of Yemen, and the researcher used the descriptive approach - survey studies, and the research sample included (156) individuals from (Youth and Sports offices, Federation of Swimming and Water Games, managers working in hotels and resorts, experts in the field of investment and tourism) were chosen from the research community in the governorates (Aden - Hadramout – Socotra) The researcher used the questionnaire form, and looked at the scientific references and studies as tools to collect data, and the most important results were: The absence of special legislation and regulations governing the work of investing in tourist places, The culture of investment and how to exploit it in the field of sports and sports tourism is not spread by the state, there is no plan at the Ministries of Tourism, Youth and Sports that works to increase tourism facilities for water and beach sports in the Republic of Yemen.
