Abstract

The research aims to evaluate the reality of electronic services in sports clubs in Dakahlia GovernorateThe research community was (152,700) members of the general assembly in sports clubs, and the research sample amounted to (424) members of the general assembly.The researchers used the questionnaire as a tool to collect data, and they concluded that the evaluation of electronic services is fair within The club will help prevent people from individual bias, which contributes to enhancing the transparency of members within the club - the institution seeks to achieve high levels of quality in providing its services through its continuous improvement and development - Sports institutions are working hard to provide electronic services so that they can bypass Challenges facing the services sector by having a competitive advantage to ensure its continuation-  Sports institutions contribute to enhancing transparency by providing services and information with a high degree of credibility and a strong commitment to disseminating and circulating this information through the organization’s websites - Sports institutions seek to have a positive impact on the members ’creativity by achieving their expectations of the services provided and by working on them.
