Abstract

This research aims to identify the effectiveness of a proposed rehabilitation program to raise the functional efficiency of athletes with chronic inflammation of the wrist joint. The athlete had chronic inflammation of the wrist joint, and the results showed that the proposed rehabilitation program reduced pain and restored the functional state of the wrist joint as it was before the injury, and the proposed rehabilitation program showed its effectiveness in developing the flexibility of the wrist joint, which led to an increase in the range of motion of the joint of the affected limb. And it has reached the normal range of motion of the wrist joint Muscular strength exercises led to an increase in the level of muscle strength of the forearm muscles and the strength of the fist in the affected limb until it reached its equivalent in the healthy limb, and the most important results were the presence of statistically significant differences between the pre-measurement and the post-measurement in the degree of muscle strength of the muscles working on the wrist, and the range of motion of a joint The wrist of the hand, and the degree of severity of pain sensation, which indicates the effectiveness of the program in restoring the functional state of the wrist joint and raising its efficiency, and the most important recommendations were the use of the proposed rehabilitation program in the rehabilitation of chronic inflammation of the wrist joint.
