Abstract

The researcher seek to design a preventive exercise program and its effectiveness to reduce neck pain among officers and non-commissioned officers in the investigation departments of the United Arab Emirates Police, and the aim of the research is to identify the effectiveness of a preventive exercise program to reduce neck pain among officers and non-commissioned officers in the investigation departments of the United Arab Emirates Police through identification On the extent of the prevalence of neck pain among them, the researchers used the descriptive approach by the survey method to identify the extent of neck pain prevalence among officers and non-commissioned officers of the investigation departments of the United Arab Emirates police, and the sample was chosen randomly from officers and personnel of the Investigation Department, where their number reached (329) individuals Their ages ranged from (50-55) years, and the most important conclusions were that the phenomenon of neck pain is one of the most common injuries among officers and non-commissioned officers in the Investigation Department of the United Arab Emirates Police, and the rehabilitation exercise program under consideration may help in developing the muscular strength of the muscles working on the neck area This is due to the application of the proposed rehabilitation program under discussion, which contains a variety of conditioning exercises, warm-up and stretching exercises. For flexibility, muscle strength, and specialized functional exercises that are similar to the performance of the neck muscles.
