Abstract

The research aims to identify the analysis of governance standards in some sports clubs in the Arab Republic of Egypt. The researchers used the descriptive approach in the analytical method, on a basic sample of (412) members of boards of directors, executives, directors of departments, and specialists in sports clubs in the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the questionnaire was used as a tool To collect data, the research reached an interest in the infrastructure of halls and advanced sports stadiums to meet the requirements of the club's community, the board of directors supervises all the work and departments of the club, the board of directors guarantees the integrity of the final account and its financial statements in the club, and recommends spreading the philosophy and culture of governance in sports institutions, conducting scientific studies On governance and its impact in the sports field, providing the necessary infrastructure to activate e-governance within sports federations , Preparing and training specialized cadres to deal with e-governance systems and programs, which will be reflected in the institutional performance of sports clubs , Activating the role of committees to study complaints and proposals submitted by all relevant parties, the importance of the board of directors following the principles of transparency and timely and accurate disclosure of the financial and administrative status of the club, and setting up a governance committee within sports clubs to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of applying the principles of governance
