Abstract


This research aims to know "the effect of individual training on the effectiveness of kata (Nagi Nukata) black belt (Dan-1) for judo players", which raised the researcher's assumption that there are statistically significant differences between the experimental and control groups in the telemetry in favor of the experimental group. The researcher used the experimental method using the experimental design of two groups on the judo players in the Nasiriyah club (under 18 years old) who are registered in the records of the Egyptian Judo Federation, which numbered 20 players. Kumi for 1 min for endurance performance- H-Kumi test (right-left) for compatibility- Test for effectiveness of kata performance (Nage no kata) black belt (Dan-1). The results of the study showed that there were statistically significant differences between the experimental and control groups in the post measurement in the effectiveness of the performance of the kata (Nagy Nukata) black belt (Dan-1) in favor of the experimental group.
