Effect of Trampoline Drills on the Level of Muscular Power and Technical Performance of Some Complex Skills on the Floor Exercise Apparatus in Gymnastics

Abstract


This research aims to identify the effect of trampoline drills on the level of muscular power and technical performance of some complex skills on the floor exercise apparatus in gymnastics, and the experimental approach was used using the experimental design for the pre-post measurement of one group to suit the nature of the research, the research sample was chosen Intentionally from the gymnastics team at the Qassim University, and the basic research sample included (10) players, while the exploratory study consisted of (2) players with the aim of selecting the appropriate trampoline exercises and codifying their training loads, and the most important results were that the trampoline exercises used during the skill setting on The device of ground movements has a positive impact on the muscle ability and the level of technical performance of the skills under discussion, as the improvement rate for the wide jump test of stability (31.1%), and the improvement rate in the Sargent test (40.5%), and the improvement rate in the test of pushing a medical ball weighed 3 kg with two hands (23.3%), while the improvement in the level of technical performance of Back Somersault Straight with Full Twist, (47.2%), reached The improvement rate for Front Somersault Straight with Full Twist (43.3%), Back Somersault Tuck with Half Twist (35.3%), and the researcher recommends the use of trampoline exercises to improve and develop the technical performance level of combined aerial skills
