Abstract

The study aims to identify the effect of the method of Ballistic and Plyometric training on some velocity compounds and some of the skillful performance of the football originator (a comparative study) and through the use of Ballistic and Plyometric exercises as part of a training program. The experimental method was used for two experimental groups. Dubai under 13 years registered with the UAE Football Federation 2017.2016 seasons. The training program was carried out for two months with 24 training units and training was conducted at 3 training units per week. The total number of the sample was 20. The tests and measurements were conducted. Kick the ball to the farthest distance, and hit the ball by the head of the individuals of the research sample. The statistical and arithmetic mean, standard deviation, correlation coefficient, torsion coefficient and Will-Coxon test were used - the ratio of improvement ratio. The results of the study showed statistically significant differences between the tribal and the remote measurements of the two groups of research (Ballistic group, plum group) in the search variables in favor of the Ballistic group where the values of the calculated value T were greater than the freedom of expression (18) and the 0.05 level. Compared to the Plyometric group.
