Abstract

The research aims basically at designing a training program and designing exercises To improve the functional efficiency of the spine of workers with low back pain, the researcher had used the experimental method by designing one group consists of (28) injured ,their ages ranging from (24- 40 ) years by (8) sample survey and (20) as main sample. The researcher had used the experimental method by designing one experimental group, then comparing the pre and post measures of the sample. The most important results were statistically significant between the pre and post measures for the post measures on pain scale , and the existence of statistically significant differences between pre and post measures of the experimental group for the post measure in tests of kinetic trunk span, and the existence of statistically significant differences between pre and post measures of the experimental group for the post measure in the strength of the following muscles (Abdominal muscles, back muscles, front thigh muscles). The most important recommendations were  Guidance by training program for prevention of low back pain , commitment to criteria and conditions when transferring among the levels of training exercises, conducting educational seminars to raise health awareness related to following the healthy habits when standing, walking , jogging, sitting , carrying objects , and conducting more kinetic training programs in order to prevent  different types of injuries for both sexes and in different ages.
