The current research aims to study some adaptive behavior skills in Down syndrome patients. The researcher used the descriptive method. It includes students (boys and girls) for measure governorate educational zone 2016_2017. The research sample was delimited to extract some kinds of dealing with others; it consists of 10 students randomly outside the essential sample. The essential (main) sample consists of 22 students selected randomly. Tools to collection data: Personal interviews, Official school reports and records, Using other researches (index), Expert's opinions, and Application card (write down remarks).
