Abstract

The research aims to analyze the level of organizational culture among workers in some sports clubs in Dakahlia governorate, and the researchers used the descriptive survey method in its steps and procedures, and the research community is represented in the workers in some sports clubs in Dakahlia Governorate, and they are (43) clubs, and the researchers withdrew the basic research sample in a random manner. Its strength is (149) employees from some sports clubs in Dakahlia governorate.
