Effect of using Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) on performance of Grab start for the front crawl stroke

Abstract

The goal of research is to identify the " Effect of using Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) on performance of Grab start and turn for the front crawl stroke " researcher used experimental method which appropriate to the aim and hypotheses of research using experimental design of two groups one experimental and the anther one is control each one consists of 12 youngsters represent age 13-14 years and researcher used the following tools for data collection (Figured intelligence test , Stress Levels Card, Mental Perception Scale, Grid Attention Focus Scale, Skill Tests).
Important conclusions:
- The proposed NLP program under consideration has a positive effect on the improvement of the performance of Grab start and turn for the front crawl stroke
- The proposed NLP program under consideration has a positive effect on improving the speed of Grab start and turn for the front crawl stroke
- The improvement in the time of Grab start and turn for the front crawl stroke has a positive effect on the improvement time of the swimming 100m freestyle.
