Abstract

This study aims to identify the effect of an educational program using ultra-interference means on improving the level of technical and digital performance of crawling swimming on the abdomen for students of the third year, Physical Education Teaching Division Mansoura University, where the researchers used the semi-experimental approach using the two-group design, one of which is control and the other is experimental for pre and post measurements For each group in the variables under research, the sample was chosen in a random and regular way, and its number is (20) students, from the third year students, boys, the teaching division, swimming specialization, Faculty of Physical Education Mansoura University for the academic year 2019/2020 M, where they divided equally into two groups, The results of the study resulted in the superiority of the experimental group that applied the educational program using super-interfering means (hypermedia), to the control group that used the academic educational program (followed), in improving the level of technical and digital performance of students of the College of Physical Education in swimming crawling on the abdomen, as it reached The percentage of change between 42.307% to 142.857% in the improvement of the technical performance of the crawl swimming in the abdomen, and the change rates reached 20.087%, for the digital level of the crawling swimming in the abdomen, and for the benefit of the experimental group, In light of the results.
