Abstract

The research aims to identify the effect of some motor balance exercises on the effectiveness of counter-attack for high-level boxers. The research sample was chosen deliberately by selecting (10) boxers from the boxing players by applying the method of one group (experimental) using the method of pre and post measurements as it is considered appropriate to achieve the goals and hypotheses of the research. In addition to (10) of the first-class players from the Mansoura University team as a pilot sample
The most important results: The training on motor balance affected positively on the counterattack of the study group of first-class boxers and the national team at (11.27%).
The most important recommendations:
1- Using motor balance exercises in the education and training program for boxers.
2- It is necessary to pay attention to the variety of means and methods of developing the motor balance because of its importance in improving the tactical offensive performance and the counterattack.
