Analytical Study for Lower Limb Injuries for the Handball Players according to the Placing Centers

Abstract

This research aims at identifying the common injuries occurring to the lower limb for the handball players through identifying the average injuries of the lower limb and the locations of the injuries between the handball players.  Identifying the common injuries to the lower limb according to the play centers for the handball players where the researcher used the descriptive methodology on a sample from the handball sample in Al-Zamalik club and Al-Gazeira Club in Cairo whose practices are increasing for a training period which exceeds eight years. The actual sample size was (80) players which represent the original population where (40) players represented Al-Zamalik club and another (40) players represented Al-Gazeita club in the handball game.  The research sample west selected using the deliberate method.  The most important research results is that more popular lower lamb injuries for the research sample occurred in knee joint bruises, leg bone bruises, instep muscles bruises, torn back thigh muscles, twisting & dislocating ankle where the circle player is the player mostly imposed to the lower limb injuries.
