Abstract

The aim of effectiveness of pilates exercises on some physiological variables and  the digital level of emerging swimming. The researcher used the semi-experimental approach. The sample was tested from the stade elmansora Club for the season 2018-2019 Connect strength  30 beginner on two groups.
The main results of the research are as follows:

There are statistically significant differences between the tribal, intra-dimensional and experimental measurements of Physiological variables (blood pressure - pulse - maximum oxygen consumption) and the digital level of emerging swimming for the dimension measurement.
There are statistically significant differences between the tribal, intergenerational and remote measurements of the control group in Physiological variables (blood pressure - pulse - maximum oxygen consumption) the digital level of emerging swimming for the dimension measurement.
There are statistically significant differences between the two dimensional measurements of the control and experimental groups in Physiological variables (blood pressure - pulse - maximum oxygen consumption)and the digital level of emerging swimming in favor of the experimental dimension of the experimental group.
