Abstract

This study aims to identify the effectiveness of a rehabilitation program with the use of some therapeutic methods for stiff shoulder joint resulting from the stroke and the researcher used the experimental approach and the researcher selected the research sample intentionally from those with stiff shoulder joint resulting from the stroke and the number of the sample (7) had a shoulder joint The stiffened from the age group (40-55) years is male and the most important results of the study resulted in: X Good diagnosis of shoulder joint patients with stroke. X The presence of muscular dystrophy at the shoulder joint stiffness of the stroke. X The presence of stiffness in the angle of the affected shoulder joint compared to the normal size. X The more muscular atrophy and stiffness of the joint occur, the less the patient has a daily activity rate, and hence the lower his functional performance, since movement is the basis of life. X The effect of the rehabilitation program has an effect on the balanced development of the muscle group working on the shoulder joint and increasing functional efficiency. X Diversity in the use of flexibility exercises; muscle stretching and muscle strength exercises had a positive effect on improving the functionality of the shoulder joint of the study sample. X There was a significant difference in the motor range of the shoulder joint between the tribal measurements in favor of the dimensional measurements. E There was a significant difference in the degree of pain level between the tribal measurements in favor of the dimensional measurements.
