Effect of Drills by using Moring Regression Device on some Biokinmatics variables for phase of and Digital Level of Juniors in Javelin Throw Competition

Abstract

The aim of the research is to identify the effect of using Moring Regression Device on some Biokinmatics variables and digital level for juniors of javelin throw competition. The experimental method was used and the sample of the research was chosen in a deliberate manner by the participants of the Sinbillawain Youth Center. The number of participants was 10 participants in the Egyptian Athletics Federation, They were divided into two groups, one experimental and the other was a standard.The training of using moring Regression Device was applied to the research sample through a training program for the competition and during the skill preparation part for 10. weeks with 4 training units each week. After completing the exercises using the fixed disposal device, conducting kinetic analysis to identify the effect of the use of the fixed disposal device on some Biokinmatics variables for javelin throw.The most important results were that the use of the moring Regression Device contributed to the improvement of some biokinmatics variables and digital level in javelin throw competition. The most important recommendations were the use of moring Regression Device in the performance of the disposal exercises of the javelin throw competition, the use of moring Regression Device during the teaching and training of the initiators of the phase of disposal in the javelin throw competition.
