Abstract

The aim of this study is to design Aerobic Endurance program for obese men and study its effect on the level of adiponectin and troponin-I concentration in blood and some body component variables (lipid block index, muscle mass index, water mass index, bone mass index, BMI - Obesity Index) for the individuals in the sample in research. The researcher used the experimental method using one experimental group to suit the nature of the research. The research sample was chosen in a deliberate manner by men who are obese and who regularly attend the Al-Hawar Sports Club in Mansoura, Dakahlia Governorate, between the ages of 50 and 60 years. The number of members of the research sample 10 individuals. The data were analyzed statistically using the statistical program Spss. The most important results:1) The aerobic endurance program led to a decrease in the level of the concentration of troponin heart I. 2) The aerobic endurance program has improved the level of adiponectin concentration in the blood. 3) The aerobic endurance program has improved the body component variables (fat mass, muscle mass, TB mass, bone mass, metabolic rate, BMR, BMI, Obesity.
