This research aims to identify the program of specific weight training exercises at the level of learning the ground kick in tennis for beginners. The researcher used the semi-experimental method on a samp le of (25) tennis players in the Nile Club Sport over years old. And they were divided into two equal groups, where they were chosen in a deliberate, random way, and the researcher concluded that the educational program using specific weight training exercises has achieved a high level in learning backhand in tennis for beginners, compared to the traditional program, and the most important recommendations were the necessity of using specific exercises with weights that were made. Design and application in research When learning the ground kick in tennis for beginners at the Nile Sports Club, because of its positive effect on learning the ground kick in tennis for beginners.
