The effect of discovery-oriented style using water games on learning motivation and some basic swimming beginners' skills

Abstract

The current research aims to identify the impact of the method of discovery directed using water games on the motivation of learning and the level of some basic skills for beginners in swimming, and the sample was chosen from Mansoura Stadium Club for the sports season 2019-2020, a sample consisting of (40) beginners representing participants in swimming education schools was chosen. At Al-Mansoura Sports Club, by the intentional method of the research community, they were randomly divided into two equal and equal groups, each group has a capacity of (20) beginners

The most important results of the search were as follows:

- There are statistically significant differences between the dimensional measurements between the experimental and control groups in the level of learning basic skills in swimming in favor of the experimental group.
- There are statistically significant differences between the dimensional measurements between the experimental and control groups in the learning motivation in swimming in favor of the experimental group.
- There are statistically significant differences between the mean of the two dimensional measurements between the two groups (control - experimental) in motivation and the level of learning some basic skills for beginners in swimming in favor of the experimental group < /p>
